The STD-AT04 Aligner was developed to meet the need for linear positioning of thermoformed products, a system composed of 2 belt segments, disperser and aligners, optimizing the handling of material flow, converting up to 6 tracks into a single line, with adjustable belt speeds allowing up to 80 m/min.

Both the acceptance speed of the industrial packaging, as well as the speed of transport by packaging belt can be gradually adjusted. And by defining a delay, the Aligner controls the excess industrial packaging on the alignment belt safely until its destination.
